Job Description
Join JENNEYS RESIDENCY PRIVATE LTD as a Guest Relationship Executive! In this role, you will greet and assist guests during their arrival and departure, answer queries, and provide information about our services and amenities. You will handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay. Responsibilities also include processing check-ins, check-outs, bookings, and maintaining guest records.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly pay of ₹15,00.00 – ₹22,00.00. Benefits include food provision and a provident fund. The working schedule is day shift, and you will be required to work in person.
Requirements
