Job Description
Join Jade Global as the Head of Global Mobility, responsible for ensuring efficient operations in line with HR policies and legal regulations. Key responsibilities include overseeing visa and work permit processes, maintaining compliance with immigration laws, and guiding employees through application procedures. Manage the global mobility program and collaborate with teams to design attractive packages while providing cultural training.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 12 years managing business visa processes in multinational settings, with 7+ years in global mobility management preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required; advanced degrees and certifications in Global Mobility are a plus.
