Salary: ₹12,00 – ₹15,00 per month
We are in search of a dynamic Customer Service Executive to manage inbound/outbound calls for our domestic voice process. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Hindi and Bengali, with basic English skills, to communicate effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone.
- Provide accurate product/service information.
- Resolve complaints and maintain call records.
