Job Description

Alcon is seeking a diligent Associate to join our Invoice Processing and Payments team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing PO and non-PO invoices, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies, and overseeing goods receipt and invoice receipt. Additional responsibilities will include managing advance payments, weekly payment runs, and maintaining compliance with AP policies and controls. The position also entails reconciling accounts and analyzing aged balances to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
