Job Description
Gritstone Technologies is seeking an experienced Database Administrator (DBA) to manage, maintain, and optimize our databases across development, testing, and production environments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that prioritizes performance, availability, and security.
- Install, configure, and maintain database systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.)
- Monitor database performance and implement changes as required
- Ensure high availability, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies are tested regularly
- Optimize SQL queries and database structures for performance
