Job Description
The Isha Foundation is seeking a dedicated Guest Service Associate to enhance our guest relations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring guest reviews and feedback, taking proactive measures to address concerns and improve satisfaction.
- Assisting with special guest requests such as room upgrades and transportation arrangements.
- Staying updated on industry trends to continuously enhance the guest experience.
- Supervising, orienting, and coaching staff on guest relation practices and service standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
Benefits: Commuter assistance, leave encashment, and Provident Fund.
Schedule: Day shift. Work Location: In person.
