Key Responsibilities:
- Auditing clinical documentation and coded data
- Identifying discrepancies and billing issues
- Researching solutions to correct discrepancies
- Reviewing patients’ charts and documents
- Collaborating with medical staff for accurate information
- Preparing monthly reports for the management
