Position: Banking Coordinator
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree required with no backlogs.
Salary: Starting from ₹25,00.00 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities: Recruit and train insurance agents, provide leadership, conduct evaluations, set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Skills Required: Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills, and sound knowledge of insurance products.
- Available for both male and female candidates.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required.
- Aged 30 or below.
