Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist at The Growth Hive to assist customers and internal teams with technical issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-centric attitude.
Key responsibilities include responding to customer queries, diagnosing technical issues, guiding users through solutions, and documenting interactions. Candidates should have a B.Tech degree (preferred) and 2 years of experience in technical support.
