Job Description
Hewlett Packard is seeking a Regional Legal Counsel who will apply intermediate knowledge to solve various business issues. The ideal candidate will provide legal advice, assist with commercial transactions, and help develop legal awareness training. You will analyze local legal matters and offer recommendations within established guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice impacting client decisions.
- Assist in commercial transactions, contract reviews, drafting, and negotiation.
- Develop training for clients on legal awareness.
- Analyze and resolve standard local legal issues.
Requirements: Advanced law degree, 2-6 years of experience, knowledge of local laws, and effective communication skills. English proficiency preferred.
