Job Description
The Youth Empowerment Foundation is seeking a dedicated Practicing Company Secretary to join our team. Key responsibilities include assisting clients with company incorporation, managing amendments and compliance, and providing legal advisory services. You will be the primary contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and supporting corporate governance matters.
This full-time position offers a salary of ₹35,00.00 – ₹45,00.00 per month, plus benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and performance bonuses.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience, and proficiency in Hindi is preferred.
