Job Description
myG Digital Hub is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive with at least 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service to manage consumer electronics complaints. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: Handle customer complaints via phone, email, or chat, provide troubleshooting support, maintain records in the CRM system, and ensure a positive interaction with customers.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year in customer service, familiarity with CRM systems, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Location: Kattappana, Idukki
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month
