Homefix, a leading provider of aircon installation, maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and home solutions in Singapore, is seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to join our office-based team in Kottayam, Kerala. This role involves supporting the sales team, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming sales inquiries via various communication channels.
- Coordinate appointments for sales representatives.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations.
- Maintain customer databases.
