Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Field Officer to join DON BOSCO Tech Society. This position requires 1 individual per location.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Implement the skill livelihood program training framework and guidelines.
• Identify localities for beneficiary mobilization.
• Map and inspect target areas for engagement.
• Enter data into relevant software.
• Engage with beneficiaries and trainers for enrollment.
• Track alumni progress and strategize mobilization methods.
• Willingness to travel (interstate, interdistrict).

Qualifications & Skills:

• MSW degree required.
• 1 year of community mobilization experience.
• Good networking with local stakeholders.

Salary: Up to ₹15,00 per month with benefits including health insurance and provident fund.
