Job Description
Join our team at Jobsintourism as a Voice Process employee! This role involves providing information and services to our customers through effective communication.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints
- Offering product information and upselling services
- Recording customer interactions and updating information
Requirements:
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Fluency in English and knowledge of Malayalam
- Degree in Tourism, BBA or MBA preferred
Work timings: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM, 6 days a week. Salary: ₹12,00 – ₹18,00 per month, including benefits like health insurance.
