XYLEM LEARNING PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a proactive Telecalling Executive to manage outbound and inbound calls, promote our products and services, and foster strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make and receive calls to promote offerings.
- Address inquiries and provide information.
- Document call details and customer responses.
- Follow up with leads.
- Meet performance targets.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam and English.
- Experience in telecalling preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Salary: ₹15,00 – ₹20,00 per month
