Job Description
Join Reliance Owners Association Management Services as a Collection Assistant. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include advising customers on debt repayment strategies, providing customer service related to collection issues, and managing assigned accounts.
You’ll be responsible for verifying invoices, preparing daily bank deposits, sending payment reminders, and calling owners for service charge payments. Familiarity with Mollak Software is a plus. Your insights will help recommend actions on defaulters to the OA Manager.
This full-time position offers a monthly pay range of ₹26,00.00 – ₹27,00.00. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Collection Assistant is preferred.
