Job Description
Joy Suites Hospitality Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Captain to lead our Food & Beverage (F&B) service team. The Captain will ensure exceptional guest experiences and uphold our high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise F&B staff and operations.
- Train and mentor team members.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints.
- Ensure safety and hygiene compliance.
Requirements: 2-3 years in a luxury hotel/resort, leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹11,885.86 – ₹23,725.00/month
Benefits: Food provided, Provident Fund.
