Job Description
We are GENUS DEPARTMENTAL STORE, located in Noida, seeking a confident and experienced female Telecaller. The successful candidate will manage outbound calls, assist with customer inquiries, update CRM data, and support our sales and logistics team. Prior experience in a manufacturing setup is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle professional inbound/outbound calls
- Clearly explain products and services to clients
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
- Maintain call records and update CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Salary: ₹18,00 – ₹30,00/month + incentives + benefits
Requirements
