Job Description
Recruiter Responsibilities:
As an IT Recruiter, you will identify future hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and collaborate with department managers. You will attract suitable candidates through various platforms and conduct interviews while assessing applicants’ skills for open positions.
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with 0-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably with a bachelor’s degree. Excellent communication and decision-making skills are essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹120,00.00 – ₹300,00.00 per year
Benefits: Health insurance, Provident Fund
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday
