Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Real Estate Sales Telecaller to join OTO Global. The ideal candidate should possess 4-5 years of experience in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a knack for converting leads into deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and sales.
- Assess customer needs and recommend options.
- Nurture client relationships.
- Explain property features and benefits.
- Schedule visits and presentations.
- Maintain CRM records.
- Assist in closing deals.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years in real estate telecalling.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Independent and target-oriented.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
