Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Curate bibliographic information from peer review emails, including article title, manuscript ID, and editor details.
• Assist customers in managing their research publications and resolving queries related to Author Profiles.
• Follow editorial policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy and quality of the bibliographic data.
• Efficiently handle tasks in a high-volume, productive environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
