Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Senior Relationship Executive to join Matrimony.com in Kottayam. Your role will involve building excellent customer relationships and catering to the needs of our inbound, outbound, and walk-in customers.
Key responsibilities include customer retention, managing sales cash, and achieving revenue targets. A graduate degree is required; we welcome male and female candidates. This full-time position operates from 10 AM to 7 PM, including Sundays.
The salary ranges from ₹12,500.00 to ₹17,00.00 per month, with health insurance and a provident fund offered.
