Job Description

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,500.00 – ₹17,00.00 per month
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer calls from customers and assess their needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support.
- Identify and escalate priority issues as necessary.
- Stay informed about Tariff information.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Any completed degree is eligible to apply.
- Preferred candidates should be located around Erode.
- Must be willing to work evening (3:45 PM to 11:45 PM) and night shifts (11:45 PM to 7:45 AM).
