Job Description
Company: Association of Allied Health Professionals
Experience: 6 months – 1 year
Qualification Needed: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with registrations, subscriptions, and account tasks.
- Develop strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and retention.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹100,00 – ₹200,00 per year
