Job Description
Location: Bengaluru/Chennai
Experience: 8+ Years
Shifts: US shifts (Rotational Shifts)
Work Mode: Hybrid (2 to 3 days office)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- 9 to 14 Years of Experience in Mainframe Datacom Administration
- Installing, configuring, and upgrading Datacom software
- Tuning system parameters for performance optimization
- Managing subsystem availability and security health checks
- Participating in Disaster Recovery activities
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with system debugging and vendor communication
- Familiarity with ticketing procedures for problem resolution
