Job Description
Matrimony.com is seeking a dynamic Tele Marketing Executive to join our team. This role involves lead conversion, Malayalam tele calling, and customer engagement. Responsibilities include customer follow-ups, database management, providing customer support, and effectively cross-selling and up-selling various membership plans while maintaining strong customer relations.
We are looking for full-time, permanent, and fresher candidates. Benefits include health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and a Provident Fund.
The work schedule includes day shifts, morning shifts, rotational shifts, and weekend availability. We also offer performance bonuses, quarterly bonuses, and yearly bonuses as supplemental pay. This position is in-person.
Requirements

- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
