Job Description
Vidal is hiring a Medical Officer for a non-clinical role based in Noida, 132 Sector. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in Claim Processing or TPA, with qualifications in BHMS/BAMS/BDS/BUMS only. Preference will be given to immediate joiners willing to work from the office.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Processing and verifying Claims and settling Customer Accounts.
- Handling customer queries and discrepancies.
- Updating claim statuses and preparing weekly reports for management.
- Acting as an intermediary between the Insurance company and Customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,00 – ₹35,00 per month
