Hyatt Regency Trivandrum is looking for a passionate Chef de Partie (Asian Cuisine) to assist in efficiently running our kitchen. You will supervise your assigned station, ensuring the preparation of high-quality dishes while delivering professional service.
Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience as Chef de Partie or 3-4 years as Demi Chef de Partie/Commis in a reputable hotel or large restaurant, preferably luxury. Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards is essential.
