Job Description
Grn Estates Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner. You will identify customer concerns and effectively resolve complaints.
This role requires collaboration with sales and technical support to resolve complex issues quickly. Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred.
We offer full-time positions for freshers, with a pay range of ₹10,237.84 – ₹17,443.44 per month, health insurance benefits, and a day shift schedule.
