Job Description
The Construction Site Supervisor oversees daily activities on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate site activities involving labor, materials, and equipment.
- Manage schedules by coordinating with subcontractors and monitoring progress.
- Troubleshoot and resolve site-related issues, conflicts, and delays.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on site progress.
- Train and evaluate site staff including laborers and contractors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekend availability.
