Job Description
NIHT Infosolution Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Tele Sales Intern to join our team. In this role, you will make outbound calls to potential students, explaining the benefits of our digital marketing courses. You will counsel prospects on course details and career opportunities while following up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to convert inquiries into enrollments. It’s essential to maintain an updated database in our CRM and assist in executing sales and marketing campaigns.
We expect you to achieve targets for lead conversion and collaborate with the admissions team to streamline the enrollment process.
Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
- Good Communication Skills
- No Criminal Record
- Willing to Be Placed in the Designated Work Location
