Job Description:
- Manage CRM Promo campaigns.
- Support execution of CRM strategy across various communication channels.
- Set KPIs for campaign results and communicate insights to the business.
- Collaborate with the CRM Support Executive to report daily activities.
- Conduct random cross-checks on leads and transfer non-follow up leads as needed.
- Maintain weekly sales performance reports.
Qualifications: MTech/BTech/MSC/BSC (IT) with 2+ years experience, strong communication skills, interest in luxury fashion retail.
