Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Store Supervisor to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will excel in staff management, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Responsibilities also include maintaining store organization, managing inventory levels, and implementing store policies.
You will provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Performance management through tracking metrics and creating reports will be essential to identify areas for improvement.
This full-time, permanent position offers a salary between ₹15,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month, health insurance, and provident fund benefits. Work hours will follow a fixed day shift.
