Job Description
Devant IT Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team. This full-time, permanent role in a service-based IT company involves conducting customer satisfaction surveys, handling calls, and resolving complaints efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include nurturing positive client relationships, generating leads through phone calls, and maintaining effective communication via email and social media. We are looking for candidates with any graduate or postgraduate degree, ideally fluent in Bengali and English.
The salary ranges from ₹12,00.00 to ₹15,00.00 per month, with various benefits including health insurance and paid time off. Immediate joining is preferred.
