- Handle inbound customer inquiries via voice, chat, and email related to travel bookings, including flights and hotels.
- Maintain high service quality, adhering to Agoda’s guidelines.
- Communicate effectively to ensure positive customer interactions.
Qualification:
- Minimum HSC or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Salary: ₹17,00.00 – ₹21,00.00 per month
