Job Description
Nley Consultants PTV Ltd is urgently seeking a Customer Service Executive with 1-6 years of experience, specifically in debt collections. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of sales pipelines & CRM tools.
Your responsibilities will include conducting soft collections via calls, resolving customer queries through various channels, and managing international client relationships. This position is available for inbound and outbound collection operations related to the credit card collection process in the US.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹25,00.00 – ₹40,00.00 per month
Benefits include internet reimbursement and paid sick time, with various shifts available.
