Job Description
Millennials Restobar is set to open soon in Kochi, offering a modern dining experience. We are seeking an F&B Captain to lead our service team and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent service
- Training and mentoring the service staff
- Managing guest interactions and feedback
- Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
- Assisting with inventory management and billing
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in hospitality, preferably in F&B
- Strong leadership and communication skills
