Job Description
Genner Industries is seeking a skilled Welding Supervisor to lead our welding department. Key responsibilities include supervising welding activities, monitoring performance, conducting weld penetration tests, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety compliance. Candidates should possess a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, and ideally a CWI certification, along with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in welding supervision. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
