Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Field Officer responsible for forming Microfinance groups, conducting credit verification, disbursing loans, and collecting loan repayments through field visits.
Ideal candidates must be willing to travel extensively, covering approximately 50-75km daily. A valid two-wheeler and driving license are required.
This position offers a full-time opportunity suitable for freshers, with a salary of up to ₹17,00 per month.
Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and a provident fund.
Fixed shifts apply, with supplemental pay such as performance and yearly bonuses. Proficiency in Malayalam is required.
Work location is in person.
