Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Desk Agent to provide remote technical support for our client in India. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to deliver exceptional support.
- Work Timing: UAE Time
- Mode: WFH/Hybrid
- Contract: 6 months extendable
Responsibilities:
– Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or chat
– Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
– Maintain accurate records and escalate complex problems as needed
Requirements:
– Minimum 3 years in a service desk role
– Basic technical knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office
– Excellent communication skills and customer focus
