Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Fleet Assistant to support the recruitment, selection, and deployment of seafarers for our vessels at WEST ZONE MARINE PVT LTD. Your responsibilities will include coordinating crew changes, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, and maintaining up-to-date crew documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruiting and coordinating qualified seafarers.
- Ensure all crew documentation meets international regulations.
- Act as a liaison between the company and seafarers.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (fresh graduates are welcome). Strong organizational skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office are essential.
Pay: ₹12,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund.
