Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Training & Placement Officer at Calcutta Institute of Pharmaceutical Technology. The ideal candidate will establish and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical industries, healthcare organizations, and recruiters.
Your responsibilities will include organizing campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and internships. You will conduct career counseling, resume-building workshops, and interview preparation sessions while coordinating with students and alumni for placement-related activities.
Ensure industry-academia collaboration for enhanced placement opportunities. Additionally, you will maintain placement records and generate reports.
