Job Description
Join Uuc Hospitality as a Tele Caller Executive! Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Outbound and Inbound Calling: Promote services and handle customer inquiries.
- Customer Interaction: Provide information, resolve issues, and offer solutions.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate call and interaction records in our CRM.
- Follow-Up Calls: Ensure consistent communication with potential clients.
- Customer Feedback: Gather feedback to enhance our services.
Requirements include a Higher Secondary education, 1 year of telecommunication experience, and fluency in Hindi, English, and Bengali.
Salary: ₹14,00 to ₹25,00 per month with additional benefits.
