Job Description
Drivado Transfers Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Telecaller to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will manage inbound and outbound calls, generate MIS reports, and coordinate packaging operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries.
- Generate and maintain MIS reports.
- Coordinate with the packaging team for timely deliveries.
- Follow up with clients on order confirmations and payments.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of telecalling experience.
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹12,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
