Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our team at Hyatt Regency Gurgaon. You will oversee the kitchen’s efficient operation following Hyatt International’s standards and strategies. Your role includes managing the kitchen as a profit center, ensuring guest satisfaction, and adhering to budgetary requirements.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a luxury setting. A qualification in Kitchen Production or Management is advantageous.
