Job Description
Enbridg International Training Campus, located in Kochi, is seeking dedicated Call Centre Executives to join our team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in a call center or customer service is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Address inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Provide accurate product and service information.
- Update account information and maintain call records.
- Meet individual and team performance goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift, in-person work location.
