Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Desk Agent to join our team at C Cube Consultant. You will be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking customers, providing technical support and resolving issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries in German, provide technical support, and resolve customer complaints.
Requirements: Fluent in German (C1 or B2), excellent communication skills, and relevant experience.
