Job Description
Dream Works Realtors is seeking a motivated Junior Associate – CRM to enhance customer engagement after sales. This role focuses on managing customer documentation, generating invoices, and ensuring timely collections to maintain a seamless experience for homebuyers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct welcome calls for customer onboarding.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer records.
- Communicate demand letters, invoices, and project updates promptly.
- Generate invoices and follow up on collections.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies.
Requirements:
- Freshers or 1-2 years in CRM or customer service.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹15,00 – ₹30,00/month
