Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM

What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers with product queries, order tracking, refunds, and complaints.
- Engage with customers via Phone, WhatsApp, Email, and Chat.
- Support operations by tracking order statuses and coordinating with courier partners.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
